MY STORY: FROM BREAKDOWN TO BREAKTHROUGH

I didn’t learn this from a textbook.
I lived it.


I grew up sensitive, intuitive, and deeply attuned. I’ve felt the presence of something greater guiding me since I was five, even when I didn’t know how to listen. Especially when the world told me to shut it down.

And I did shut it down; after trauma, loss, and breakdowns that cracked me open.

  • A father with mental illness

  • My mother sectioned in 2012

  • My brother’s suicide

  • Emotional abuse abroad

  • A 7-year relationship that drained my soul

  • Burnout, alcohol, antidepressants, chronic insomnia, and spiritual crisis

I lost myself and then I found something deeper.

Not by fixing. By remembering.

Through nervous system healing, radical self-trust, energetic attunement, and full expression… I came back. Fiercer. Freer. Fully myself.

Now I help others do the same.

Energy Paintings

My Energy Paintings, which you can view in my Gallery Page, have had a powerful impact on those who’ve experienced them.
Each piece is infused with intuitive healing energy, designed to evoke transformation, clarity, and connection.

I also offer commission-based work for my Energy Paintings, so, f you have a specific colour palette in mind, I’ll create a custom piece for you.
