Being capable worked; being independent worked; being strong, rational, resilient, and driven worked. Those qualities may be exactly what built the life you have, but they may no longer be the whole truth of who you are.
Sometimes the strategies that created your success eventually become the things limiting what comes next.

MY STORY: FROM BREAKDOWN TO BREAKTHROUGH
I didn’t learn this from a textbook.
I lived it.
I grew up sensitive, intuitive, and deeply attuned. I’ve felt the presence of something greater guiding me since I was five, even when I didn’t know how to listen. Especially when the world told me to shut it down.
And I did shut it down; after trauma, loss, and breakdowns that cracked me open.
A father with unhealed parts showing up as emotional and physical absence.
My mother sectioned 3 times.
My brother’s suicide
Emotional abuse abroad
A 7-year relationship that drained my soul
Burnout, alcohol, antidepressants, chronic insomnia, and spiritual crisis
I lost myself and then I found something deeper. Not by fixing: by remembering.
Through nervous system healing, radical self-trust, energetic attunement, and full expression… I came back, fiercer, freer, fully myself. Now I help others do the same.
WHAT I DO
I help high-sensory, empathic, emotionally intelligent souls:
Heal trauma at the root (not just the mind, the body and energy field too)
Reconnect with intuition, power, and purpose
Navigate emotional chaos and transmute it into clarity

Before working with Elisha, I felt lost - now I feel found.
