MY STORY: FROM BREAKDOWN TO BREAKTHROUGH
I didn’t learn this from a textbook.
I lived it.
I grew up sensitive, intuitive, and deeply attuned. I’ve felt the presence of something greater guiding me since I was five, even when I didn’t know how to listen. Especially when the world told me to shut it down.
And I did shut it down; after trauma, loss, and breakdowns that cracked me open.
A father with unhealed parts showing up as emotional and physical absence.
My mother sectioned 3 times.
My brother’s suicide
Emotional abuse abroad
A 7-year relationship that drained my soul
Burnout, alcohol, antidepressants, chronic insomnia, and spiritual crisis
I lost myself and then I found something deeper.
Not by fixing. By remembering.
Through nervous system healing, radical self-trust, energetic attunement, and full expression… I came back. Fiercer. Freer. Fully myself.
Now I help others do the same.
