Working with Teens

I also offer intuitive soul mentoring for highly sensitive or spiritually aware teens and young adults (approx. ages 13–19).

These sessions help your teen:

  • Feel seen, safe, and supported in who they are

  • Strengthen self-trust and emotional regulation

  • Build energetic clarity and inner resilience during identity formation
